new bait company from the NW « Result #2 on Dec 30, 2009, 1:44pm »
To all club members,
Fellow Anglers,
My name is Bob Akers and I live in Wenatchee, WA. I own a small, independent, custom bait company called MAD BASS Custom Baits. The purpose of my e-mail/letter is to introduce myself and bring to your attention my custom bait line. Our company is “finesse specific” and we design the bulk of our baits around the smallmouth bass. You folks live in a part of the country that has access to some of the best smallmouth fishing in the country. Therefore, we are asking that you take a serious look at our bait line and pass the information along to other committed smallmouth anglers. Our baits are unique in design and are tournament proven. Some have had some history but are making a big come back. Our plastic baits are among the best in texture, colors and scents. Our hard baits are made from premium grade components that assure results. We ask that you check out our web site and see for yourselves. The site is not complete yet, but we will have a lot of new information on it very soon. www.madbassbaits.com If you find our product worth a more serious look, please feel free to contact us per the web site or respond to this e-mail address. We are simply fisherman wanting to make other good fisherman better.

I liked the pontoons for my wheelchair. Didn't like the Gator bait my neighbors hung from the pontoons. Been fishing from the shoreline can't buy a bass over three lbs.' how's the Ice fishing?

Joe had his surgery yesterday and everything went well. The doctors had to amputate his leg above the knee and said he had good circulation at that point and should heal up fine. Joe is still in ICU, when he gets out and into a regular room I'll post his new phone number. Keep Joe in your prayers. Thanks

Joe Nash « Result #10 on Dec 12, 2009, 9:38pm »
I don't know how many of our members know Joe Nash. He is currently in the hospital in Philadelphia and is scheduled to have surgery on Mon. the 14 th. to amputate his left leg. Joe is really in need of encouragement and prayers. A few phone calls from his friends would go a long way in getting Joe through this surgery. Here is the number and room number he can be reached at.
